Terms & Conditions for Flourish Naturopathic Consultation Clients.

Appointment Booking and Payment

Payments can be made via online transfer or cash on the day of the appointment. All bookings are subject to availability.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of £50. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Consultation Process
During your consultation, the practitioner will gather information about your health and lifestyle to provide personalised recommendations. The consultation is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment from a healthcare professional.
Please inform us of any relevant health conditions, medications, or concerns prior to and/or at the start of your consultation.

Confidentiality
All client information is confidential and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law. Your privacy is respected at all times.

Fees and Refunds
Fees are fixed per session and must be paid in full before or at the time of the appointment. Refunds are generally not available, but if you have concerns about your session, please contact us within 48 hours of your consultation.

Health and Safety
Clients are advised to inform the practitioner of any health issues or changes in their condition. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or terminate a consultation if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

Liability
The practitioner is not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from any advice given and/or recommendations made during the consultation. Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and actions.

Data Protection
Your personal data is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of your treatment and communication. You have the right to request access or deletion of your data at any time.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
These terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
